FAQ

  1. What does SpecialValueServices.com do?

SpecialValueServices.com arranges for you to receive professional medical services giving you privacy and convenience. These services include a review of your medical questionnaire, your medical records and a medical consultation to determine which, if any, medications may be suitable and proper for you.

A prescription for such medications may then be issued and forwarded to a U.S. licensed pharmacy for fulfillment and delivery to you.

  1. What is the cost for these services?

The charge for the review of your medical records and the consultation is $120. You also pay for the medications and the delivery charges according to the price lists.

Three payment alternatives are available for you to choose from (See payment alternatives).

  1. How do I qualify for the Award Drawings?

Simply click on Awards for complete information including the award schedule, prize descriptions, qualifications for entries and Terms and Conditions.

  1. Why are Medical Records required?

These records assist the medical professionals in evaluating your condition, and along with the consultation, enable them to assist in helping you. Also they substantiate your medical condition.

This medical process is not diagnostic and is not designed to evaluate the condition of your health from the statement of your symptoms; that’s what your regular doctors are for.

  1. How will I find out how I can be helped?

During your telephone consultation you may discuss your situation with the medical professional and have your questions answered, including the appropriateness of various drugs.

At the end of your consultation you can find out which drugs are being prescribed for your use.

  1. How do I begin the medical process?

Simply click on “NEW MEMBERS” for full instructions.

You will be required to complete the registration, fill out the medical questionnaire provided, submit your medical records via fax (Fax 352-628-1925) as instructed including a government issued photo ID showing your birth date, review the TERMS AND CONDITIONS and the PRIVACY STATEMENT and acknowledge your review and acceptance. At that time the consultation can be scheduled.

  1. What is the timing?

Your consultation can usually be scheduled within one day after your documentation has been received (sometimes on the same day).

The prescriptions can usually be fulfilled and deposited for next day delivery by the pharmacy if your prescription is received early enough.

Consultations are not scheduled on Sundays or holidays, and deliveries are not made on Sundays (Saturday delivery is available to many areas for an additional charge).

  1. How can I track my medications?

Upon deposit by the pharmacy of your medications with the delivery carrier you will be e-mailed your tracking number.

For your information, any medications accepted upon delivery cannot be returned.

  1. How long is my prescription good for?

Upon your consultation, the team of Dr’s & PA’s will write your initial prescription for up to 2 refills. A refill may not be requested until 25 days after the previous medications have been received. After the initial prescription and two refills have been received your medical history must be updated including a new consultation.

Prescriptions are forwarded to a specific pharmacy and can not be transferred. Special Value Services is not a pharmacy.

  1. What about privacy?

All the information provided to us is treated securely and is viewed by the medical professionals and Special Value Services administrative personnel only on a need-to-know basis and is not available for any purpose outside our system (except, of course, for disclosures required by law).

  1. Is Special Value Services Process Legal?
